Good luck getting your monkeypox vaccination.

Dallas County Health struggles with how to run a hotline for monkey pox.

People desperately needing the vaccine can’t get through. Their advice is try, try, try, again. From their webpage. “We are currently experiencing a high number of calls. If you do not get through or the line disconnects, please try back again.”

They haven’t updated the total number of monkeypox cases since Aug. 9th, so I can’t the graphs I have been generating. On Aug. 9 the case load was 265 confirmed cases and 45 suspected cases of monkeypox. Probably now, Aug. 11th, the date of this post, it is over 300 and maybe much more.
