Dallas Express reports it, “Pride Event Performer Exposes Their Fake Breasts To Kids,” and as part of their reporting they ask Allen West, Chair of the Dallas County Republican Party for a comment. Allen West calls for criminal prosecution in his comment.
“I thought that CPS existed in Texas to protect our children. I think there’s still a criminal charge called contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Why are we not enforcing that against parents who are exposing our children to perverse adult sexual behavior and deviancy? If adults wish to participate in this debauchery, fine, but it is not freedom of speech or expression to expose our children to sexual activity, performances, and perversion. As Chairman of the Dallas County Republican Party, I denounce this behavior and exposure of our children … and call upon the Dallas County Democrat Party Chairman to do the same. Very likely many of the views at different accounts are duplicates, but maybe a half-million people have viewed this Carlos Turcios’ denunciations.

Last year there was a major campaign against TX Latinx Pride.
Plano Texas House Rep. Matt Shaheen wrote to the Dallas City Council, the Dallas County District Attoney and the Dallas Police Chief to take action against the 2023 TX Latinx Pride fest. Most of the history is here.
They attempted to put pressure on the Dallas Co. District Attorny, but no arrests were made.
This year it is Child Protective Services which is called to act. These are state laws and the State of Teas has means to act on these laws. It doen’t depend on anyone in the City of Dallas government or the Dallas County offices to act. The Texas State enforces these laws themselves. Arrests might be possible.
