At Dallas City Council calling out the homophobes selected to give invocations. PART ONE (1 of 3) Update.
This reports in in MULTIPLE PARTS. Either they have a homophobic record themselves or they are part of a homophobic effort.

I will put the video of me speaking to the Dallas City council towards the end of the post. I think it is more important to review what I said and the documentation that went with it. The back is on the left and the front on the right.

The front was the first page of my report on the homophobia of the individuals or the organizations they represent to inform them what the binder reports were about.

It is up to Christianity to figure out how Christianity can exist in a universe where Gays exit, NOT, for Gays to figure out how they can fit into Christianity.

My speech started out with:
An individual and his religious group is given prestige, credibility, and legitimacy when selected to give an invocation before a prestigious body. The summer and early September invocations of the Dallas City Council have been an extended summer of blistering and yet stealth homophobia.
In the binder the first item was my report, link to it is at the end of this post. On the left there was my presentation.
Five of the eight invocators are from churches, institutions, and organizations which are the enemies, and given the current lawsuit against Prep coverage, it is not excessive to say the mortal enemies of Gay people.
Then I went over the invocations by homophobes or their organization in reverse order as they happened this summer. As I said:

Russell Freeman of Cottonwood Creek Baptist chosen by Mayor Johnson, has a Youtube Bible class against Gays. The Cottonwood Creek Church has a class on how to not let your love for your child interfere with your religious bigotry and he is part of the leadership of Southwestern Theological Seminary which is on the Worst List of Campus Pride. The Cottonwood Creek Baptist church had a class on how to remain a religious homophobe even though your child is Gay.

They had the author of this book, Mary Comm give the class. She has a webpage where the intention of her book and this class is made very clear.

The book is really poisonous since it is about how to be anti-Gay, but with a mask of civility, towards your children.

Rochia Green of the extremely anti-Gay Denisonforum, based in Dallas, was chosen by Mendelsohn. Jim Denison, wasted no time in exploiting monkeypox to attack Gays as part of his ongoing relentless series of attacks on Gay people. He opposes efforts to stop the bullying of Gay students and fought Gay marriage. His book, “Coming Tsunami,” sees Gays and Critical Race Theory leading to an apocalyptic disaster. [Boldface added.]
Over 200 articles at the website mention the word “homosexual.” Attacking Gays is a major part of his agenda.
This book, “Coming Tsunami,” is really extreme. I purchased a copy since this organization is based in Dallas and has a large staff. It is a real danger to Gays.
Jim Denison was very quick to exploit the issue of monkeypox to attack gays.
