At the bottom of the page you will see that they are “a member of the Missouri Synod.”
This denomination is seriously anti-Gay.
They have adult classes in homophobia.
The homophobic class seems to be called Session 19, but the online notes are lacking. It is in their notes for Session 20, that you see Session 19 summarized as follows:

Summary
These churches which are severely homophobic are given a positive image and promotion by the Dallas Morning News. If it was a Christian Identity church which are anti-Semitic and racist, the Dallas Morning News wouldn’t do a promoting piece like this.
