They make it seem all about Jesus and happy stuff and music and a big party, but there is a seriously homophobic agenda regarding Gays.

Further, there is a forthcoming statement from the San Francicos Human Rights commission. We can fight back. I am asking for help from activist groups there.

From the New York Times, Nov. 10, 2002, about Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, Texas which now has a branch in Bishop Arts in Oak Cliff.
WHEN the Trinity Church of Cedar Hill, Tex., wants to scare the pants off you around Halloween, it doesn't do it with a typical haunted house featuring ghosts, goblins and ghouls. Instead, it erects a Hell House in which congregants act out Grand Guignolesque scenes warning of the dangers of sinful behavior.
At Hell House -- actually a series of house trailers -- the church stages one scene in which a gay man dying of AIDS is mocked by a grinning demon who welcomes him into Hell.

Who or what is Trinity Church with their signs in the Bishop Arts district.
I came across this sign while driving to the Bishop Arts district to get my hair cut. The signs on all four corners of Sunset & Bishop. Sunset Avenue is the next block over from Jefferson Blvd. This church is a 7 minute walk (0.3 miles) from Hunky’s in the Bishop Arts District. The QR code doesn’t work.

You won’t find it searching their church website. The are just jumping around to music and looking like they are on some powerful drug. This is the new stealth homophobia. Get you to show up and pull you in and let you know about their anti-Gay theology when you are already pulled in.
However, if you start looking around and do some digging you will find their homophobia.

Another anti-Gay video of the Trinity Church. These two persons are leading an ex-Gay movement. They are survivors of the Pulse Massacre in Orlando are are using it to push their ex-gay movement. NBC had the following news story on them.

At 1:26 in the following video you can see they are exploiting the infamous Pulse Night Club massacre in Orlando.
There are other videos, but it the anti-Gay parts are buried in long videos on multiple topics.
We need to take action
We need to make the community aware of their stealth homophobia.
We need to alert the Bishop Arts District and Oak Cliff of exactly what has arrived infecting our community.
We need to make them known that they aren’t welcome.
We should also think as to why they think that they could come into an area with a high density of Gays and that this wouldn’t be an issue. I assert that it is because our slack so-called LGBT leadership is so wishy-washy, homophobes don’t have the slightest concern at all.
I will be updating this as more information comes in. I want to get the community alerted that this thing is in North Oak Cliff and not upfront about their anti-LGBT agenda.

I am a member of Trinity Bishop Arts and I will say that we love you and we still stand by what the Bible says! But even if you choose to be in the LGBT community, God Still loves you, but the sins separates you from him! we don’t hate you we love you and we don’t judge you we have to preach what the word says and we invite you into a space of freedom and identity in Christ and Christ alone :). -Nicole Lacasse
