Monkeypox tracking grinding to a halt at Dallas County health.
Getting the word out helps me fight the anti-Gay forces in our community. Today it is November 9, 2022, but the chart hasn’t been updated since 10/22/2022, over two weeks. The case numbers have been reported though, just not plotted.
20221027 Monkeypox progress has stopped. Dallas County health reporting poor.
This is the status as of 10/27/2022 - The cases are 98.6% men. This is a disease impacting men who have sex with men (MSM). Whatever it may have been in the past, it is impacting MSM.
Dallas County Health accepts some input on monkeypox reporting. Not good enough.

Monkeypox 20220920. Rate has dropped but maybe only by half. Three phases of the pandemic
There are three phases of the monkeypox pandemic. The initial exponential phase (red on the chart), then the first linear phase (blue on the chart), and then the current linear phase (yellow on the chart). From the linear trendlines, the rate has dropped from 12.2 cases a day to 6.0 cases a day, but that is a drop of roughly only 50%.
