The Hope Center is certified by the ECFA so it has to conform to certain standards including a homophobic Christianity.

It seems that The Hope Center might be a pesthole for homophobia. I am going to have to do more research.

[7] Chase Oaks Church Legacy Campus
This is perhaps the most sinister of all the churches. For at least three years from 2019 to 2022 they insinuated themsels into the AIDS Services of Dallas. I still need to write AIDS services of Dallas to see if Chase Oaks is still involved with them and if any other homophobic churches are involved with them and what procedures to they have to keep homophobes from being involved.
