Sept. 25th is “See you at the pole” being run by Evangelicals.
It is where Evangelical students form a ring around the flag pole at their school and say prayers.
Both the Dallas Express and the Texas Scorecard reported on it this morning of 9/24/2024.

When you look at the about page you see supporting ministries and some of them are known to be homophobic like the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
However, it is when you read the FAQs page that you find out who is behind it.
Under, “Who sponsors See You at the Pole,” we learn that the Baptist General Convention of Texas owns the trademark for “See You at the Pole.” They are a major homophobic danger to the LGBT in Texas.
We are also told.
Student Discipleship Ministries in Burleson, Texas, creates and distributes the promotional materials, videos, etc. The San Diego-based National Network of Youth Ministries coordinates the promotion and media relations.
At the Student Discipleship Ministries and the National Network of Youth Ministries we didn’t find homophobic items.

Evangelicals know that homophobia isn’t popular, so to recruit people, they downplay it. Once you are puilled into their organization they will be discussing the rest their agenda.
Counter Measures.
Students might celebrate their flag pole as a maypole and even do a maypole event. Then the pole would be pagan and the Christians would stay away from it, maybe.
Make students aware of the agenda behind the “See you at the pole,” event. Lots of Christian youth won’t get involved once they know the full agenda.
Join in and read outloud the resolutions of the Texas Baptist General Convention on homosexuality to break up the fake face of the event and publicize the agenda behind it.
Invading the public school to push an Evangelical agenda.
