Introduction
I have reviewed the homophobia of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes multiple times before as part of other Dallas Gay Liberation posts. Given that the Dallas Morning News reported on them coercing students in the Mansfield school district and also the Dallas Morning News didn’t mention that they are homophobic, I thought it was time to do a report on the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
The links to posts in which I have mentioned them before showing how North Texas homophobic groups are involved with them will be at the end of this post, followed by posts about how homophobic Christian groups are wanting to invade the public schools.
I am working on writing a guidebook for students to resist this homophobic Christian invasion.

FCA’s Sexual Purity Statement God desires His children to lead pure lives of holiness. The Bible is clear in teaching on sexual sin including sex outside of marriage and homosexual acts. Neither heterosexual sex outside of marriage nor any homosexual act constitute an alternative lifestyle acceptable to God.
I was also able to find it online at the Piney Woods FCA. Somewhat the same, but the wording is different.

I’m sick of soft, spineless Christianity. Aren’t you? Jude was. He laid it on thick, but it was appropriate and necessary. Jude knew Satan had certain people creeping into the church who were denying the sole authority of Christ and perverting the grace of God into sensuality, much like those in Sodom and Gomorrah who perverted God’s design for sexual intimacy (between a married man and woman) to homosexual misconduct (which God refers to as unnatural).
This sinful mindset exists today as homosexuality and sex outside of marriage have crept into the church’s thinking, often labeling mature Christians standing firmly for Biblical truth as unloving intolerants. Jude, in his day, wasn’t folding up the tent that easily. He warns his fellow Christians of folks who try to live their lives on their own instincts rather than the Word of the Lord. 4.2.1.2 Sexuality: Scripture is clear in that Christians are to find their identity in Christ. We find complete and appropriate expression of who we are, including sexuality, when our actions align with God's design for sexual identity and expression.
The Bible also states in several passages that participating in homosexual or bisexual activities and other sexual sins is outside of God's will for a Christian (1 Corinthians 6:9-11, 18-20). Because of the Bible's clear stance on this subject, FCA does not condone any sexually immoral act outlined in the Bible, including homosexuality.
4.2.1.3 Sex: We believe that sexual relations outside of marriage (whether involving individuals of the same or opposite sex) are inconsistent with God's call to holiness in our lives. This includes unmarried singles to abstain from sexual relations. We further believe that pornographic materials undermine the dignity and image of God in individuals and promotes sexual conduct contrary to our Christian Beliefs.
4.2.1.4 Marriage: We believe God has instituted marriage as a lifelong covenant relationship between a man and a woman and calls spouses to exclusive sexual fidelity. In our policies and programs we will recognize only marriage between a man and a woman is consistent with our Christian Beliefs. Any events in FCA facilities pertaining to marriage (e.g., weddings, receptions, anniversary celebrations) must involve only marriages consistent with our Christian Beliefs.
Our beliefs regarding human sexuality, sex and marriage shall apply in all policies and programs in the FCA Christian community.

However at their national website you will online find the one article “Come to Jesus,” from 2014 about homosexuality and you won’t find anything about their ideas of sexual purity. Again, the New Homophobia is stealth.
